US borosilicate glass, 5 to 9 mm wall thickness
All CALVO® glass products are made from American borosilicate glass. The material is extremely heat-resistant, releases no harmful substances when heated, and guarantees an unadulterated taste. Wall thicknesses range from 5 mm (standard models) to 9 mm (premium lines such as the Sandblasted Beaker Bongs). Critical components such as downstems are reinforced. Handblown, each piece is one-of-a-kind
Many CALVO® pieces feature hand-blown details: skulls, eyes, bees, mushrooms, and turtles. These motifs are integrated directly into the glass structure, not simply added on top.
